The apartment sits on the fourth floor with lift access and a concierge during the day. Although it is on one of the most central avenues in the city, the bedrooms sit at the back of the building over a small pedestrian street, so they are quiet. The living room windows face south over the rooftops of the Gothic Quarter.

There is a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself, and wi-fi throughout. A welcome pack is included at no charge, with wine or champagne, fresh fruit, flowers and chocolate.

Via Laietana is one of the main avenues linking the centre of Barcelona to the port, running between the Gothic Quarter and El Born. El Born is known for its tapas bars, the Gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar and the Picasso Museum.

Sightseeing, shopping, cultural events, museums, theatre, the opera house and the Palau de la Música are all close by, along with restaurants, tapas and cocktail bars, the beach, the marina and harbour, spas, antique dealers, the aquarium and the zoo.
