Bookings and enquiries

This website takes enquiries only. No booking is confirmed and no contract is formed until CTM Rentals has confirmed the booking in writing by email and the deposit has been received. Rates shown on this website are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Deposits and payment

Tamariu and Mas Simon. A 30% non-refundable deposit reserves the property. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Failure to pay the balance by that date constitutes cancellation of the booking.

Barri Vell and Chelsea. A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves the property. Full payment, together with the cleaning fee, is due 30 days before arrival.

Via Laietana. Deposit and payments on enquiry

Cancellations

Tamariu and Mas Simon. The 30% deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

Barri Vell and Chelsea. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival we will not bill you for the balance. If you cancel after final payment and we are able to re-let the property, we will refund the final 75% plus the cleaning fee.

Via Laietana. Certain peak dates carry special prices and conditions. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Guests are strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance.

Damage deposits

Refundable damage deposits apply and are set per property. At Barri Vell the damage deposit is €200 for one floor and €380 for two floors. At Chelsea it is €400. At Tamariu a refundable damage deposit is required and is confirmed with the booking.

Taxes and fees

IVA at 10% applies to the Spanish properties. Tourist tax is included in the price at Tamariu. At Barri Vell tourist tax is added to the final balance at 50 cents per person per night for everyone aged 17 and over. Cleaning fees apply at Barri Vell (€150) and Chelsea (€120).

Occupancy and house rules

Maximum occupancy is stated on each property page and must not be exceeded. Smoking is not permitted in any property. Pets are not permitted except at Mas Simon by prior arrangement. Parties are not permitted at Tamariu.

Minimum stays

Seven nights at Tamariu and Mas Simon, three nights at Barri Vell and Chelsea, and monthly lets at Via Laietana.
