What we collect

Through the enquiry forms: your name, email address, telephone number, the property you are interested in, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and any message you send. Through the website: standard analytics data, IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit.

Why we collect it

To respond to and manage your enquiry, to administer a booking if one is made, for accounting and tax purposes, and to understand how the website is used.

Lawful basis

Article 6(1)(b) UK and EU GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, for enquiry handling. Article 6(1)(c) for accounting and tax records. Article 6(1)(a) consent for any non-essential cookies and for marketing email.

Who we share it with

Your data is not sold or passed to third parties except where legally required, or to service providers acting under contract for accounting, tax, email delivery and website analytics.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for two years. Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ctmrentals.com. You also have the right to complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
